Medicine is on such a low level, that its development seems impossible. Bad hygiene and poor living conditions are the Black Death' best friends, and you don't know for sure where's the root of evil. But what you do know, is that you have to get rid of the infected stop the disease thousands of zombies swarm freely about the city and infect people. But the Doctor is out in the streets now. Hiding his face behind a terrible mask, he walks the streets to clean the city of disgusting creatures and put a stop to the disease before it's too late. HOW TO PLAY: Play the part of the unknown hero in a long-nosed mask and clean the city of the infected. Explore the dark streets of a little medieval city. Kill each one of the monsters on your way. Be a merciless killer, for if one survives, the Plague will spread all over again. You can't save the victims, but at least you can stop the Plague. After you have exterminated all the zombies on your way, you will have to deal with the boss.
